We ask everyone who deals with our staff – in person, by telephone, in writing or online – to treat them with courtesy and respect. Harassment includes unwanted conduct of a sexual nature and unwanted conduct related to a person's sex, race, age, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation or gender reassignment, as well as threats, intimidation and abuse.

If you have a concern about how you have been treated by us, please raise it through our complaints procedure rather than with the individual member of staff.
