Ensuring a safe and respectful healthcare environment

At Morlais Health Centres, we’re dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and professional healthcare environment for all. Our priority is the well-being and safety of our staff and patients, which is why we have a strict policy in place to address any form of aggression. Unfortunately, we are seeing an increase in abusive behaviour towards our staff, this will not be tolerated.

Our Zero Tolerance Policy

Any form of threatening, violent, or abusive behavior towards our staff or professionals is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. This policy is our commitment to maintaining a secure and respectful healthcare setting. Any patient that doesn’t adhere to the policy and engages in any of the behaviours mentioned will be reported to the police and subsequently removed from our practice list.

Patients who are removed under this policy will receive a written explanation detailing the reasons for their removal. Additionally, we will provide guidance on how to register with an alternative healthcare provider, ensuring continuity of care.
